Big 4 BR Flat with Bathtub by CPH City Hall Square

The flat was spacious, clean and cozy, also the location is fantastic and has access to everything, very friendly neighbourhood 😃 The kitchen is well equipped.

A friendly suggestion to make it better, it could need more amenities, like soap, and towels. Furthermore, a mop or some floor towels for the bathrooms, as to dry it after use. Also to allow visitors to leave behind some of the dry food products, like salt, pepper and sugar, it was a waste to throw them away when leaving.

Here we are at the limit for a criminal complaint. A thousand apologies and no response, I asked if the beds were double or twin according to my needs. Nothing, the answer came when the reservation could no longer be canceled for free. I asked for a refund 11 days before my arrival, obviously there was plenty of time to resell the rooms. Nothing, zero answers, they always waited and made sure to never give me an answer, they still took the money. A thousand apologies... "The administrative office is taking care of your case, they will make themselves heard...", obviously zero answers. I also had the Booking.com staff call me and they never managed to speak to anyone, another girl replied "be patient but it's family run"...", then if you look it's a big company who manages other apartments. Dishonest, deceptive, cunning. I have paid for many people and no one has ever slept in this place. Never again in this place. It's sorry, above all it's sorry that this company works like this in one of the most livable cities in the world with a beautiful culture and actually Copenhagen is the city where you live best, I confirm, but stay away from these "gentlemen" and even the staff who respond to messages should be ashamed. I also wrote a private email a week ago, directly to the company that manages the apartments. Obviously zero responses. Shame on you!

We were visiting with 7 friends. The flat has a great location, and is very spacious. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Bathrooms were clean and spacious.

There were no wall hooks anywhere to hang up towels or jackets etc. which I think could easily be fixed for extra comfort (especially with a big group). An extra pair of keys would also be nice with a bigger group.
