Great location and great price compared to a hotel. Very smart inside.

Lots of police sirens down the Promenade but the sounds of the road were well insulated.

Excellent location for Winter Gardens and pier exploring! Modern apartment..I was worried after reading some of the recent reviews but I honestly cannot relate to them, the apartment was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a mix up over the code provided to gain entry but it was a simple hiccup, remedied and resolved very quickly and professionally by the host who was very responsive throughout our stay.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location for a family. Close to the tower and coral island.

The trams at night are quite loud but that would be the same on anywhere on the beach front.

The property was in the perfect location. Was very modest and well furnished

On arrival the property had a bad smell and was very unclean. There were vomit stains all over the sofa and carpets. We had to buy antiseptic wipes to clean up before we could feel comfortable. There were a few pots and pans but no trays and my tea towels etc

Stylish modern apartment, close to Promenade and North Pier. Well equipped. Main bedroom at back so quiet.

Also close to main road so noisy street and tram vibrations even reached back bedroom. Basement, so no windows.

It was a nice property

It was very cold and took a while to warm up & when we first arrived we had been given the wrong key code for the key box & was waiting outside in the freezing cold waiting for the host to answer the phone for around 20 minutes as we couldn’t get into the properly

Location near Winter Gardens. Spacious and well equipped!

Front door could do with a curtain/blind. A wee touch up of walls as some marks in bedroom and also marked carpet.

Fridge was dirty on arrival, we had to clean it before using.
