Excellent location close to shops and excellent Italian restaurant around the corner. Within easy walking distance to Blackpool North Railway Station, buses and trams.

No instructions for the heating or live television channels.

The flat is in a great location and beds were clean and comfy and at first host seems really attentive. After lots of E mails during your stay it becomes clear that zubera is not the owner and actually works for pass the keys agency. Negative e mail on departure and all replies stopped.

At first the flat seems lovely, on closer inspection and spending time there it really isn't. As per previous reviews and feedback the front door blows in the wind and really doesn't feel safe. It's not private and we had lots of local undesirables hanging around on the wall outside. Lots of drug paraphernalia where you park the car. Luckily we travel with a black out curtain for our toddler so we covered the front door for privacy. The whole apartment just feels grubby and unloved, see attached pictures of defects and rubbish issues. All previously noted but not acted upon by owners. We felt unsafe with front door moving back and forward each time the wind blew. Lots of noise from flat above. We were provided 2 towels for 4 of us staying. Black mould in bathroom, lots of broken rails etc in cupboards. Main bedroom window opens to rubbish filled drain area. Broken ironing board and burnt carpets. Broken milk shelf in fridge. Dead plants in living room and bedroom that smelt. No where to hang coats, no towel hooks in bathroom, unsafe towel radiator that moves back and forward despite being very hot. Sofa and rug stained and no instructions on how to use heating/where bins are. Just unwelcoming. It just felt like an unloved basement bachelor pad, I read previous reviews and thought we would give it a go, I really wish we had a paid a little more and stayed further down the promenade. If you have kids please avoid this place.

The location was right near all the amenities so that was great for my friends and me the sea was right near the property and everything was in the flat. Beds really comfy

There was nothing I didn't like

A Great central location. Good comms from owner pre check in and kindly allowed us to check in at 1pm as apartment empty day before. Both beds comfortable. Good size.

* Previous visitors have mentioned the front door lack of any privacy 12 months ago. This could have been remedied easily. * A large cracked pavement at top of basement stairs is hazardous. Especially when dark. * The key safe is very low to the floor and difficult for older / infirm to access it or see the numbers - especially in the dark. Only one key left for 4 adults. I did request a second key the moment we arrived. We didn’t receive a second key * Dead Yukka plant in the corner of lounge ? * White rug badly stained and definitely not vacuumed before we arrived ? * Apartment is for 4 people. Only 3 small mugs and one one wine glass which was cracked ? * Refuse bin is a very small food compost bin ? * Some basics would have been appreciated I.e a T-towel - washing up liquid or a couple of dishwasher capsules - ( we purchased the above and left in apartment when we left) * The fridge shelf where you put milk was broken on arrival and left in a cupboard above fridge ? * A directory explaining how white Goods / TV / Air cooling works would help guests. * Loo seat was loose. We tightened best we could * The shower area has a large area of floor tiles. It really did need a bath Mat to avoid slipping ( we purchased and left for future guests) * There is no towel rail in bathroom ? Although it shows one in profile pictures ? * A storage area for shampoo etc within shower would have been appreciated- instead had to place items on shower floor * All in all the apartment looks good but just needs the owners to use the space themselves to see with a few basic tweaks could make it more user friendly. Many guests over the last 12+. Months have highlighted the lack of privacy at the glass front door however, although simple to remedy ( place some adhesive privacy screen on the glass door) it still not been remedied. It leaves the apartment feeling exposed.
