The Loft - Bright apartment centre St Ives sleep 4

Location, comfort

The Loft is in a great location. It was perfectly adequate for our needs and plans.

The loft was very central. Easy walking in st Ives. Car parking is a bit of an issue. We found a paid council car about 250 metres and used that. The unit was quite clean and comfortable.

We were 4 adults. There were only 2 water glasses and 2 wine glasses. The small table only had 3 chairs.

Great location-right in the heart of everything.

Very noisy at night, hard to get some sleep. The bathroom needs updating. We could not get the tv to work for the whole of the stay. Lights not working in the stairwell which was a bit precarious at night. Could be a really nice apartment if the facilities were updated.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment im 1. Stock mitten in der Stadt. Es ist ruhig genug um gut schlafen zu können. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich sehr um schnell zu antworten. Es ist großzügig und schön eingerichtet. 140x200m Bett und im anderen 120x200m Bett. Dazu gibt es noch ein Schlafsofa auf dem man einigermaßen gut schlafen kann. Der Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt.

Eine neue Pfanne und ein neuer Topf wären nicht schlecht. Sind sehr zerkratzt. Ein Spülschwamm zum Spülmittel wäre auch toll. Mit der restlichen Küchenausstattung kommt man aus. Es könnte aber alles mal überarbeitet werden.

Wonderful location, 5 min walk from the town center. Josh the host was very helpful. The loft is spacious and TV and Internet working great.

A few things could be replaced in the loft. Such as a shower curtain as the current one has mould on it. Pillows are really flat, microwave really discolored and rusty and frying pans are really old and flaky. The loft was pretty dusty and missing some bits that we could've used such as a drying rack for the clothes, more than a single bin bag, a cheap fan especially for the summer as it can get pretty warm in a loft (the loft is next to a pub, it can get pretty noisy in the evening/night so can't really leave the windows open). Overall if you are a cleaning freak this place is not for you

It was a little hot with it being the top floor apartment- but certainly not anything to do with the property or host, just the classic British weather!
