"Really pleasant stay in Kyoto on an excellent budget"

The host was really nice. He gave us a ride from/to the station for check in/out. The apt is tiny but had everything we needed. In the neighborhood there is a lovely onsen.

Position: at least 30 min by bus from anything.

"A cozy, relaxing stay."

So Tats met us at the subway and picked us up and dropped us off at the end of the stay. He gave us a tour around the apartment and explained all we needed to know. It's a quiet, quaint area with plenty of shrines and temples and gardens nearby. We loved our stay, it was like a home away from home. There was a little storage, which was useful, and the wi-fi was very reliable.

Nothing to add here. It was fine.
