Beachfront Luxury Apartment - Hibernian Towers 309 Strand - Self Catering

The view was breathtaking, really enjoyed the balcony, The bed and pillows was some of the best we've slept in while traveling. Soundproofing was good, did not even realize we had neighbors with kids until we saw them in the hallway. Running and going for walks on the promenade. The beach and the area is nice and clean. The indoor pool was good for doing few laps. The shop downstairs was handy if you needed anything and did not want to go out or do a full delivery. We did not use the parking but it was convenient on the same floor as what we stayed so for those having a car. Everything is with in walking distance. For winter the apartment is nice and warm / comfortable in side. No need for heaters/air-cons etc. The cleanliness of this apartment is worth mentioning. The host was attentive and thoughtful, even dropped off some extra swimming towels for the pool. Deposit was paid back with in 24hours

There was a funky smell that come into the apartment through the vent in the bathroom. Food being boiled or something and it was unpleasant.

The property exceeded my expectations in that it was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. This luxury apartment is all about location, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from the third floor balcony. The sunsets over the ocean at night and a morning run on the packed sand along the water’s edge, provided what I needed to start and end the day. The Hibernian Towers offer two restaurants as well as several other amenities to make your stay hassle free. JJ was the perfect host from the moment I entered the apartment till the moment I handed the keys back to him. I will recommend this accommodation to anyone who needs a carefree “home away from home” experience.

The welcome and availability of the owner is remarkable . the flat is well equipped with articles of good quality, with an excellent decoration

From the moment I opened the door, I knew this was going to be a special stay. The breathtaking views of the ocean greeted me instantly, stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up and going to sleep to the soothing sound of the waves was absolute magic—there’s truly nothing like it. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and designed for both comfort and style. Everything was immaculately clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. The building felt incredibly safe, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. One of the highlights was simply sitting by the window or stepping onto the balcony to watch people strolling along the beach. It’s the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of Strand, whether at sunrise with a coffee in hand or at sunset with a glass of wine. The location is unbeatable! Fantastic restaurants are just a short walk away, and having a superb Portuguese restaurant inside the building was a wonderful surprise. Not to mention the convenience store downstairs, which made grabbing essentials effortless. A massive thank you to JJ our host for such a seamless and welcoming stay. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, rejuvenating escape—you won’t want to leave!

Hibernian Tower is right on beach Road overlooking False Bay. Awesome views and walks and everything you need close by.

There were no comps - tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc and only 2 toilet rolls provided for stay over 7 days. This needs to improve - its a Bookings.com and AirBandB standard
