Cozy Cabin with Hot Tub & Sauna - Ultimate Retreat

Es gab fast nichts zu beanstanden, selbst ein Winterdienst sorgte für eine freie Zufahrt bis zum Haus, bei plötzlichem Wintereinbruch im Oktober (50cm Neuschnee innerhalb 24Stunden). Vom Vermieter gab es im Vorfeld alle nötigen Informationen incl. Erklärvideo. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war immer jemand erreichbar für Fragen. Top. Ein mega Haus. Idealer Ausgangsort um die Region zu erkunden. Gerne wieder.

Leider war der Staubsauger voll und ein zwischenzeitliches saugen fast nicht möglich (wir waren zu 5 für 2 Wochen da), und vielleicht der ein oder andere Teller mehr wäre zweckmässig (wir haben als Alternative den Geschirrspüler einmal mehr angesetzt - ging dann auch so ;-)

The views were amazing, it was so clean and tidy, nice warm and cosy, everything worked as it should, the layout was good for functionality, overall 10 out of 10 :)

The WiFi the did not work.

Everything was awesome. Only 1 improvement is perhaps more cutlery is needed.

Beautifully appointed home with fantastic views of the surrounding area and lovely amenities. We cooked meals in our kitchen easily, enjoyed the hot tub outside and generally enjoyed relaxing in this space. It is well situated to access places we wanted to see: Thingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss. The host was responsive to questions and provided a crib, as requested. In addition, the host went above and beyond on customer service for us - my son accidentally left his stuffed animal toy at the home when we left and these team found it and delivered it to us in Reykjavík before our departure from Iceland. It meant so much to my son to get it back and we are so grateful.

It could have used a few additional kitchen tools to make cooking meals easier, which I mentioned to the host and they were responsive.

The sauna, hot tub, and style of the cabins were all a big win.

The shower just spilling all over the floor. The beds being uncomfortable to sleep in the middle when you have a wife and a 3yo sleeping with you.
