Perfect location, beautiful view and wonderful, comfortable accommodation. Very nice sauna and terrace. We loved the place.

Everything is provided for partying (ice bucket, glasses etc.) but less for cooking for a family: no ladle, no peeler, no cleaning paper, no dish brush, no bread knife etc. The jacuzzi could have been warmer, but the strong wind certainly didn't help.

Myself and 7 friends spent the most wonderful weekend in this ultra modern cabin! Truly beautiful place to stay, the facilities were amazing! Very comfy beds! The hot tub and sauna are incredible bonuses too! Thank you to the hosts for an unforgettable weekend full of beautiful scenery and laughter! Saw the northern lights on our first night. Thank you so much :)) Highly recommended to anyone!!

The look is beautiful and extremely stylishly furnished. The private hot tub and sauna are a dream. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well. We appreciated that we got a very quick response to all of the problems (but unfortunately no solutions).

There are many examples that don't necessarily make it homely: no hooks in bathrooms for towels, the frying pan doesn't work on the induction hob, no bowls for salad, no cleaning cloths available, the light can't be switched off completely in the bedroom, the toilet lids fall off, only one set of cutlery (so we have to start the dishwasher after every meal)... Unfortunately there were a few problems: -Water leaked in the kitchen and because there were no rags, we had to clean it up with our bath towels -twice there was a power cut and I had to change the fuses -Because of a damage we couldn't use the hot tub half the time I rented this very expensive house because of the hot tub, which didn’t work half of the time. The price-performance ratio is not right for us.

We had a great time staying here; the accommodation was absolutely first class, and it really made our holiday special. We booked this accommodation quite late after the cancellation of another property and we got much more than we were expecting. The furnishings and equipment are all fantastic, the view from the property was wonderful and the location was perfect to explore more of Iceland. Contact with the hosts was easy and we had all the information we needed. I can't recommend this place enough. We would definitely come back if we were coming to the area.

A couple of extremely minor things, that aren't really worth mentioning, but they were clearly because, when we went, it was brand new and a few things still needed to shake out. Everything was dealt with, and I'm sure that if you went now they would all be fixed.
