Very good location with adequate parking

Floor was loose and black mould in shower could do with sorting Not very clean when we arrived

Fab apartment in a central location, great for sightseeing locally. Clean, well equipped, parking included, and good communication with host. Would happily book again and definitely recommend.

Very comfortable & high end homely. Fantastic location - loved the view of the square. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was too hot for us ( heatwave🫠)

A non slip shower mat was all I needed.

Ideally placed for shops, bars and restaurants so didn't need a vehicle in the evening. Flat was well equipped with all the essentials, even tea, coffee and sugar. Nicely presented and very clean.

Could be noisy throughout the night with various deliveries or people making their way home, but we did have our windows open as the flat was so warm. Mattress on the bed could have been firmer, but that's personal preference.

The location. Modern apartment.

No communication with Agent. The only message I received, I replied with a query, which bounced back as a No Reply Address. No phone number. No check in time. We went for 13.00 but were early by 3 HOURS. Also we needed to enquire whether there was a lift to the floors. Ridiculous check in and out times. You pay for 24 hours but, if only staying 1 night, you get 18 hours. Sort your cleaners out to a shorter detailed time. Attention to detail ... There is unsightly mould in the shower cubicle. The tv remote was not working properly, I went behind the tv looking for buttons/switches, and got a face of cobwebs. Every artificial plant needs a wash, all covered in dust.

The layout of the apartment is very good and it has everything you need. The only thing I would say is that the floor in the bathroom can be very slippy even when using the bath mat. It has secure parking dedicated to the apartment which is great. The location is perfect, and despite being in the market place the noise from outside does not intrude. Excellent view of the hornblower that comes round each evening! Would recommend to friends and family if they are planning a trip to Ripon. We would definitely stay there again.

Lack of a rubber based bath mat. I fell heavily on my knee when the bath mat slipped from under me whilst getting out of the shower.

The flat was exceptional and and furnished to a high standard.Lovely kitchen and great shower.Best views overlooking the Market square.Safe gated parking overall if staying in Ripon this place would be hard to beat.

Convenient Situation, secure parking, good kitchen, crockery, cooking equipment etc

Bathroom - Lack of towel rail or hooks, no place to hold soap, shampoo etc in shower. Mattress too soft for us, could suit others, of course
