"Very good location to experience Ripon"

Location, parking which is a doddle and not tricky at all, shower. Good overall facilities.

Floor could do with some attention as loose in the living room. No kitchen tongues. One bin bag left which is not enough for a 3 night stay. Key a bit tricky. Toilet seat loose. Many of these things mentioned in the previous comments. A bit noisy with the windows open which is a must as its quite warm inside.

Great location. Very clean comfortable and everything you need definitely would use again

Think checkout time a bit early at ten should be 11 .as our friends were in apartment next door to us as there's was 11 but everything else good
