I like that the place was quite and peaceful

I didn’t like that the place was not that clean, the floors went properly mopped and had crumbs of food on the floor, the side table was oily like someone put an oily plate on top and forgot to wipe it off. There’s no house keeping.

"Poor customer service"

The service was terrible, I asked for an extra blanket prior to my arrival and during my stay which I was told it was escalated to the manager but nothing happened even after numerous follow-ups. The place had cockroaches. The designated parking bay was taken their entire week i was there forcing me to infringe on other bays inconveniencing other people. The showerhead is also faulty.
