"Excellent"

Communication from host was excellent, before and during our short stay. The accommodation was as advertised, by no means luxury but perfect for our needs, comfortable with lots of space, clean and with all the facilities we needed for our stay. It has been quite warm, but the apartment was cool inside and the host had provided fans.

Host had left the fridge turned off, that smelt a bit stale, they did message quite soon after we had arrived to ask us to check if the fridge had been turned on and apologise if it hadn't been, by then I had already turned it on.

"Excellent value for money."

Excellent value for money, was definitely budget end accommodation but the host was very clear about this and it was reflected in the price. When all you need is a place to sleep for one night it was exactly what we were looking for. Host was very communicative and helpful and provided comfy, clean bedding. Plenty of space in the property too and excellent location.

House was spotless, location just what we needed and parking easy to arrange. The property had everything we needed and more besides. Excellent value for money.

A bedside light would have been helpful and a couple of pillows were a little lumpy. Considering the price we were very happy - these are minor issues.

Overall good for the price except for the two single beds (stayed as 4). Location is very good, it's still walkable to the center but it also has bus stops around the corner. Very nice host which provided very clear instructions

The only major complaint are the two single beds, which is also the most important aspect of the stay. One is very unstable/shaky but at least the mattress is still okay. The other one has a mattress which should have been replaced years ago. You can feel every spring and in the middle there was 0 support left. We ended up sleeping both in the shaky single bed... (The double bed in the other room is fine)
