Staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Villa is as good as it looks like on the pictures. Overall, would say that it was the best hotel service we’ve ever experienced.

A little bit far away from city center and Angkor Wat

Everything is perfect here, the food, the staff, the villa. It was the best experience I ever had in my life. The staff took care of our needs, they were really helpful, mindful of our situation. In the villa there is a swimming pool. I loved the details and design of the place. They took care of everything. If I could I would rate 11 out of 10!

Don’t normally write reviews on booking but this one is really exceptional. The staffs were very attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible time. They helped us with the daily planning to visit Ankor WHS and booked us high quality drivers, which made our experience at Siem Reap a lot more pleasant. The villa was also extremely comfortable and peaceful. The actual room is better than the photos. We chose to have our breakfasts served in the villa so we can enjoy the morning sun in the room. The massage at the spa was also exceptional. We spend 6 nights in Siem Reap at two 9.5+ rating hotels and this one is better than the other one in all aspects.

From the moment they picked me up at the airport in a personal airport transfer van with a/c, wifi, cold drinks, and refreshing towels to the day I left, the staff at Waka Villa knew me by name and attended to anything I asked a question about. Free sim card, free laundry, quiet and private accommodations that were clean, spacious, and oh-so-relaxing, great food on site, SUCH great service, a nice distance into downtown Siemp Reap for a walk each day, and willingness to help me arrange travel for my own day trips out or any spots I wanted to see, the staff were interested and helpful in my stay while still giving me my space and privacy. I arranged for a Tuk Tuk for a day out at Angkor Wat and the driver was brilliant: great driving, cold drinks and refreshing towels, and at every stop he was eagled-eyed at spotting me coming out in the myriad of people at each location. It's the perfect reprieve after weeks of travelling on the cheap or if you're just looking to pamper yourself because you deserve it. The Waka Villa "family" are simply next level in their service to their customers. Seriously: stop scrolling and just book this place.

This was one of the best accommodations we ever booked. The staff are amazing, they try to ensure you are having a good time and have everything you need. The villa was spotless and beautifully designed. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and beautifully presented. We also tried their spa and it was great!

For the such a high standard of hotel the gym was not well equipped.

Everything about this property was exceptional. It was far and away, the best hotel experience that we have had worldwide.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and served into the room. It also serve until 17.00

The price is a little bit high. And there is not a free airport transfer like the other luxury hotel do.
