We loved everything about this property. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach, and the pool with the ocean view is absolutely amazing. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with every question. We truly enjoyed our vacation here.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

Direkt am Strand. Zugang zum Strand vom Pool aus. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe . Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht . Hatte die Unterkunft bereits das 2. Mal gebucht. Bei Fragen kann man den Vermieter anschreiben und bekommt sehr schnell eine freundliche Antwort Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

Muy bien la ubicación en el norte de Miami y muy linda la playa privada del edificio. Instalaciones muy completas y cómodo.

Solo tuvimos 2 noches sin agua caliente para ducharse pero era un problema del edificio que estaba haciendo arreglos. El anfitrión muy predispuesto y veloz para responder y resolver.

Buen precio

El edificio te cobra las llaves que luego devolves y no te reembolsan (30 usd por llave si o si una por cada persona mayor) Si llegas fuera de horario de administración no tenes forma de entrar al edificio y usar el ascensor e instalaciones por tu cuenta, tenes que pedirle al encargado que te abra todo el tiempo.

Rancid Sugar In Jar labeled Sautéed Mushrooms. Had to use Plunger twice on Toilet. They Cancelled Door Code , I returned to get my Luggage at 2:37pm. Could not get in. That waisted almost 30 minutes...No time to Fuel up Rental Car to Full. Got charged $50 Surcharge on top of cost of 8 gallons of Gas. Office Only issued Fob for Pool/ Gym/ Elevators for $30 Extra. $150 for 3 nights Parking in Garage - never disclosed. Clear Fraud. Rip - Off. I tipped over $120 for One Security Guard Juan who CARES. Plus 3 different Valet people, including Rafael, due To Hospitality issues that are " normal" , but not Provided to Me. Worst experience of Hospitality EVER. THIRD WORLD , and I've been to the Phillipine 8 Times, stayed in rooms with 6 dif types of Spiders . SHOWED PHOTOS of problems at unit, incl. The Missing Slats [ over 8] not on the Blinds of sliding door to balcony. Neoghbors can see in!
