Spacious 1BR on the Beach, The Tides, Hollywood,FL

The toilet has a leak and runs about 4 times an hour, and the sofa has a broken board in the middle making it uncormfortable to sit. It would be nice to have wash clothes in bathroom.

Near the sea

An old, simple, unclean apartment. There was a problem with the TV - the owner of the apartment avoided taking care of it and we were left unable to watch TV. There was a blockage in the bathtub and the owner of the apartment did not bother to address my request at all!! They promised to bring us more towels - they didn't. not recommended!!!

I just like the beach

The room was not clean it was a nightmare trash all over the floors,bathroom clogged up.and I didnt like how you haft to pay 100 dollars for parking and 30 dollars to use the pool and beach.i didn't know all this until I arrived.these people are unprofessional.plus an additional 20 dollars for deposit parking pass.this is horrible terror.we had to sleep on one sheet because the beds was not made and there was no clean sheets.they told me they was going to reimbursement me but have not received my refund.what a bad way to spend your July 4th with family. and also you cannot access the elevator until you but there keyfob for 30 dollars.if you have 6 or 7 people adults they each haft to pay 30 dollars each.to access the pool and beach and elevators.bad bad bad. Will not come again sorry.due to the fact they lied and said they was giving me a refund.should of been processed right away after all the trouble I went through.

We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. The receptionist was very welcoming and our host very responsive to any queries of ours. Accessing the apartment was easy via keycode and we officially checked in the next morning as we arrived outside of office hours. The apartment itself was perfect in terms of size for our family of two adults and three children - modern furniture, bed in master bedroom very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the apartment was very clean. The best features were the pool and the direct access to the beautiful beach.

Location was great

The condo was very dirty, for example the cutlery/ dishes/ rubbish bin was full of leftover food, full of ants in the kitchen, bath tub full of hair. Power sockets didn't work in the kitchen, so in order to use a microwave, you need to move it to the living room. I would say this condo is not suited for families with young kids as it is just too dirty.

The space was great for our 1 year old.! And the bedroom was perfect for us too.

The view was good. The size of the apt was good. The tv and sofa was good and the apartment it’s self was good.

The check in process was inconvenient. The additional 75$ for parking for two nights was ridiculous. The additional parking pass cash fee was ridiculous and paying 30$ for a fob was just a money grab. The pillows were flat but did find two more but then no pillowcases for them so they were useless. Ants teeny tiny ants were everywhere which at first was kind of acceptable but after they were in the bedroom and the bathroom and the kitchen just was a nuisance because I was afraid they would get into my suitcase or in my clothes.

the property was good a lot of extra fees pay for key fab and parking was pricey

the extra fees and staff was not so nice front desk and check in ladies were very vocal
