Riad Kaïla à 5min de la place jamaa el fna

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată în acest riad din Medina, în Marrakech. Atmosfera este autentică și liniștită, exact ce îți dorești după agitația străduțelor din oraș. Camerele sunt foarte frumoase, curate și decorate în stil marocan tradițional, iar terasa oferă un loc perfect pentru a te relaxa. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent la orice detaliu. Locația este excelentă, chiar în Medina, aproape de principalele atracții, dar suficient de retrasă încât să fie foarte liniște. Dacă revenim în Marrakech, cu siguranță vom alege din nou acest riad. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

Personnel présent très gentil. Riad spacieux et propre. Conforme à la description. Bien situé. terrasses exposées soit au soleil soit à l’ombre et bien équipées pour en profiter. Petits déjeuner et repas très bons et copieux.

Des informations touristiques dans le Riad seraient un plus (coordonnées de guides locaux, bons plans, conseils, …)

Perfect location and property. We particularly appreciated the multiple meeting spaces (in the dining room, lounge and on the roof) and the excellent breakfast!

No complaints. The rooms are beautifully decorated (like most Marrakesh riads) - more attractive than the rather bare main hall.

Nos ha encantado este Riad. El personal fantástico, la ubicación para nuestro grupo muy buena. El manager del riad y el personal como Yaya y las chicas que trabajaban allí nos han ayudado muchísimo. Eramos un grupo grande y nos solucionaron todos los imprevistos que tuvo nuestro grupo que era bastante grande. Estamos muy agradecidos por ello. Repetiremos.

En realidad todo estuvo muy bien. Echamos de menos que nos arreglaran algún día la habitación pero en cuanto lo dijimos lo hicieron.

Had my 60th Birthday here and booked the whole Riad for me and my friends. It was wonderful!! They even organised a birthday dinner which was lovely and such good value. Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff

Très joli Ryad, décoré avec goût. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et disponible, et la cuisine y est délicieuse et très généreuse. Les chambres heureusement chauffés car les jours de pluie ou de froid le Ryad est difficilement chauffa le.

This riad is wonderful! Everyone did their best to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed — Said, Yahya, and the ladies who prepared our meals and took care of the rooms. Every single thing they did was driven by their desire to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were a group of 17 people. We asked to have dinner at the riad one evening and, despite the challenge of preparing menus for such a large group, they did an incredible job. We also requested one very early breakfast at 6:00 a.m. because we were leaving early for Ouarzazate, and they arranged that perfectly as well. We also requested a large number of massages and hammam treatments, and the organization at the riad was absolutely perfect. Everything ran smoothly and professionally. They organized all of our transfers, including transportation to Jardin Majorelle, and everything happened exactly at the times we requested. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and every day when we returned, our rooms had been freshly tidied. We stayed for three nights, and after the second night our towels and bed linen were changed. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and despite the cold weather, we visited it often. The inner courtyard with the pool is lovely, and the relaxation areas are well designed and very comfortable. The riad itself is quiet and well insulated from outside noise, even though it is located on a fairly busy street. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an authentic riad in the Medina. Just as a note, Jemaa el-Fna square is about a 20-minute pleasant walk away.
