Breakfast was good. Free parking.

Had extra rooms, yet placed me in only one without a bathroom. Lock on bathroom and bedroom were difficult to open. Smell every time AC started up. School next door and across street, loud all day. Dangerous bathtub, needed to step over 2 foot high wall into skinny tub with slippery mat. Floors were slanted. Stairs were also dangerous. Owners or management non existant and not helpful in texts.

Charming building, friendly staff

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The shower curtain stuck to me for most of my shower. The towels felt weird like they were washed with fabric softener.

"We had a very nice stay and would love to stay again. Kitchen cook was very sweet and made us a good breakfast."

It was nicely antiquely decorated and felt cozy. Also very close to historic St. Augustine so walking there was very convenient.
