The breakfast was awesome.. definitely the best part of our stay. The location was good. It was close enough to walk places but far away enough to not have a lot of nighttime noise. The hostess was very friendly.

The bathroom was below par.. no place to put toiletries or other items. The towels were paper thin. The toilet paper was cheap - single ply. There was no water available for the coffee pot. There were no "extras" like cookies or fruit available for snacks.

It was a close walk to all the restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing.

Great location, fantastic breakfast, Kim was wonderful, modern locks in an old house. Interesting variety of rooms.

Leaking faucet in room 6. It didn't keep us awake but it's the kind of thing that should get fixed. Parking is tight but free parking in historic St. Augustine is a rare treat. No individual climate control in each room.

The house was beautiful and clean, love the homey feel it gave. The host was great and breakfast was also delicious.

We had the top floor room. It was spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything yet quiet from the loud music on the main streets of town.

Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The room was up two flights. We were not aware of this and my husband struggled with minor mobility issues.
