Lovely Westbourne apartment - 15 min walk to beach

Spacious .. well equipped

Would have liked an outside light near side door … ditto handle on inner door which was difficult to close whilst holding crutches.. bath had no handles to gain access for a disabled person … the property suffers from damp … difficult to control! TV had no instructions eg. how to get say BBC etc !

The location was good. Beds very comfy. Communication with host easy with quick response

Missing a toilet brush and an anti slip mat as the bath is huge and quite high, so that would be great to make available.

+ nice location (15mins to beach, 5 mins to bustling centre and bus stops) + easy check-in and check-out + good wifi + fast heating + nice neighbourhood + received 2 sets of keys - rather noisy neighbours upstairs (small children)

Upstairs was very loud running around at midnight

Good location to get to different areas. Parking on site was helpful

There was a lot of noise from apartment above during the evening/night

We couldn’t place any faults on the property except no lights were working outside

It was cosy. Good location. Good room size. Good amount of cutlery/plates/cups etc.

Very mouldy windows and curtains. Shower head wasn't working properly. Temperature was set in such a way that it was freezing all the time. I think this also explains the amount of mould on windows.
