Lovely Westbourne apartment - 15 min walk to beach

location was great for everything. parking was a must for the area. good clean apartment and nice size rooms.

couldn't get much on TV in bedroom. shelf over basin in bathroom in way of washing

Fantastic location close to bus stops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Beautiful apartment, very clean. Great host! It was perfect, so much so that I will have no hesitation in staying there again :)

The apartment is conveniently located just a short walk from Branksome train station, a Tesco superstore, the beach and the city center. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Kayleigh kindly granted our request to check out 30 minutes later.

There was a strong musty smell in both bedrooms, and the blinds had dark mold spots. We had to sleep with our windows cracked open at night, to breathe some cleaner air. The only room we could relax in and breathe normally, was the kitchen. The shower temperature could not be lowered, so we had to shower with scalding hot water. There is a tiny wash basin and a glass shelf located above it, that you inevitably bang your head while cleaning your face or teeth. There was noise from the upstairs apartment often late at night. We had trouble unlocking the front door when we arrived and tried calling Kayleigh on her mobile without success. It turns out that the key should be turned clockwise to unlock. It would have been nice to be informed of such details prior to our arrival or have a more responsive host. Overall not a great experience, mostly due to the mold infestation.
