Location was brilliant. Apartment was nice and clean.
Communication was bad. I sent several messages to request a 3rd guest and to check in early. I only kept getting the same message asking “how many guests and if I was bringing a pet” I was willing to pay the $45 to check in early. Plus they wanted to charge more for a 3rd person to sleep on awful pull out sofa. Also check out instructions said to leave “parking pass” but we were NOT offered any parking pass

The check in is complicated. We asked for an early checking through booking but never got a reply. We tried to call the hotel by phone but we got no reply.

The location was excellent. Door codes and entrance was very easy. Super having no keys to worry about. Amenities were clean and functional. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
The toilet was not great—barely would flush, and took forever to refill. The towel bar was falling out of the wall. If you didn’t pay attention that you needed to lock the door when leaving (as the electric lock doesn’t auto lock), you could leave your room for the day wide open.
