Low ceiling in the kitchen and the stairs if you are a tall person. Uncomfortable stairs to take luggage

I should have reserved 1 bedroom instead of 2. Since I was a solo traveler. I didn’t know that the host has other facilities available

I liked the location and the concept of the home

I don’t like that Half of the unit was without power. I also didn’t like how the pipes were all bad. whenever I used the sink the water, and I mean all the water from the faucet came straight through the pipe to the floor. We informed the cleaner and he said she refuses to get it repaired. It was frustrating with a faulty apartment

We liked how everything was so close and walkable to a Trolley system, grocery store, or a short drive to all the destinations we were hoping to visit. Many of the dishes were new, so that was nice. Fun to be staying in a place built in the 1900s. The cleaning staff and the handyman/locksmith was friendly and helpful.

Parking was sparse, there were some small ants in the kitchen area, the pantry could be cleaned out a little, the pots and pans could use a refresh (missing handles), a sheet pan or pizza tray would have been helpful. Maybe labeling the soaps/shampoos/body wash in the bathroom. The light in the entry hallway was not functioning. My daughter locked the guest bedroom, so that was inconvenient, but the host responded in getting it fixed the next day. Laundry facility is downstairs.

It was clean! Staff was friendly and a crib was provided.

The stairs being that my husband has a disability, and we have a baby, and a stroller! The apartment was freezing!!! The only unit with heat was the one in the master bedroom. Nothing was complimentary. Not even sugar for tea.

Convenient location to ship dock for cruise.

The property is slanted quite a bit on the back side.
