Paid for a 2 bedroom and got given a one bedroom messaged host got nothing in return no key box no blinds remote door lock didn’t work with the key so had to be unsafe and leave it unlocked all night and was told parking is free but still had to pay £13 for parking

Broken furniture, no services as described (washing machine). Agent was arrogant and could not care at all.

Easy to access the building but 4 sets of stairs without a working lift is a joke

There was a pump/motor in the main (only) bathroom which continuously made a loud mechanical noise. It almost sounded like an old washing machine. It did not stop for the entirety of my stay and disturbed my sleep. In addition, they have the audacity to charge £130 deposit as well as an additioanl £200 damage waiver when there is absolutley nothing in that apartment worth £200. Not a single peice of furniture cost more than £200 so why they need to charge this ontop of the £130 deposit is beyond me. Replies were non-existent/slow and it's almost been a week with no sign of refund of the £130 deposit or the £200 damage waiver.

Location was perfect, apartment was comfortable and clean, support from the provider was excellent.

Great location.

Impossible to control heated towel rail which made bathroom uncomfortably hot. Constant loud humming which seemed to come from ceiling area in kitchen. We could only drown it out by having TV on. No way of accessing contents of washing machine, which had been washing for six hours with no apparent end to the cycle. We contacted the agent via three different channels about these issues and received no reply.
