The location was better than expected. Was a couple.of minutes walk to the local shop, and then 5 more minutes to the city itself. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. There have been alot of negative talk about the room not having a cooker etc but the common area had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more.

The instructions of how to get to the room could have been clearer but I think that was due to my lack of directional skills. Once I had found my way around the building and got through the couple of locked doors to our suite, it was easy.

Location good pleasant walk into town . Shared Kitchen had plenty of of items and good sitting area

Had trouble getting in contact with business re getting code for lock box.

I liked how it was self checking in easy to get to the instructions came straight away and close to where I want to be

So it’s not necessarily a negative, but I wish that the deposit was added in with the full price because it did come as a surprise other than that everything was pretty much perfect

Did not stay there as they wanted £250 deposit for the key as this was a very last minute booking as prior host which I also booked via booking. Com was a no show so we stayed somewhere cheaper who did not want to charge £250 deposit for a key

The location was good for a work trip to the university, and the bathroom and mattress were decent.

It was basically a glorified dorm room with cheap furniture and walls in need of painting. The kitchenette consisted of a hob (disconnected for health and safety reasons), sink and fridge inside a wardrobe, which appeared to be made of laminated MDF; the cutlery provided was bendy; the shared kitchen wasn't well furnished. The rubbish strewn about the courtyard outside the front door every morning and night didn't make the place inviting.
