The house is at a great location, and the check-in was extremely easy and convenient. The host has left for us a welcome drink. The house is small and cosy and has everything you might need.

"Comfy little cottage."

Smooth process collecting the key, unfortunately we arrived early & frightened the cleaning lady. The house is within good walking distance of the main attractions. Property is situated within a very quiet residential area. Perfect for our trip.

Beautiful little house, but I would suggest a change to the bathroom layout & facilities, perhaps replace the bath for a walk-in shower cubicle, which would then add more space.

"A home from home in a great location"

The house was cosy, well decorated and the loction was perfect. Some necessities were left for our arrival and it was a home from home. Access was easy and we were allowed to drop bags off before the official time to get the key, allowing us to explore York without baggage.

The lighting could have been a bit brighter in the living room, it was hard to read comfortably in the evening. This didn't detract from the whole experience though. A dripping shower just needs a bit of attention.
