Penlea ~ 1 bedroom Flat with Harbour view

Comfortable bed and view of marina from main window was lovely . Had a really good Italian meal at Cicchetti 🌟Ideal for short drive to ferry at Kennacraig

Left over , almost empty bottles , of body wash in shower was not nice. Not as clean as I expected

The host was great, the location was great also, the apartment had pretty much everything that we needed.

Location. WiFi was excellent, shower was great, property was clean.

Compact but had all the essentials

Penlea is in a great location right by the harbour. There’s a handy well stocked Coop a short distance along the street which was really handy for picking up food supplies. Easy to check in and although small, was big enough for our needs and easy to explore the Castle and other bits of Tarbert too. With the room at the back of the flat, it was quiet and we had a good night’s sleep too.

Easy check in emailed key box number once apartment was ready.Ideal location for us as we were meeting friends at the Marina.It was clean quite modern and nicely maintained..Nicer for us for a short one night stay than a hotel bedroom.

We are used to a King size bed so what I think was a standard double seemed small for us.

The location ,easy parking and good communication with host

Instructions about heating shower and TV. No washing up liquid. Shower held up with cable tie. Very small basin in bathroom. No glasses for drinking

Oven could have been clean. Television could have worked. Instructions in writing would have been helpful regarding the shower and WiFi. Clothes hanging area dangerous for taller people near the bed.
