The hosts are helpful and very accommodating, however they will assist during the day, the evenings there is a delay. The apartments are extremely clean and well kept, premises is very secure. The day shift security was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The property is modern and was my home away from home for the period I needed to stay, I ended up extending my stay.

Better support in the evenings, with regards to Netflix issue. Not a major issue, too many other positive factors to count this as a negative.

"Superb"

A warm welcome by the securty, very helpful. The place is beautiful and breath taking. Everything we needed was provided for. Comfortable bed, loved the marble bathroom.

Unfortunately our apartment had cockroaches

"I was uncomfortable throughout my stay."

Perfect location and the unit is styled to perfection

The unit had cockroaches, lots of them, couldn't even leave food on the counter. I had to put everything in the fridge even items that were not meant to be kept in the fridge as I couldn't leave anything in the counter unattended. I notified the hosts of this issue and requested for pest control to be contacted as I was uncomfortable in the unit, the hosts ignored me and opted to remove me from the group I was added on when I checked in. I had to bear with this until check out.

"Personal hygiene is very important"

It is very secured

Your mat is full of dust and it caused me a severe sinus, I had to throw it to the balcony . You also have cockroaches please clean the place. I can't pay a lot for a place with cockroaches and I paid R500 for cleaning and I never got someone for room service. Why are you charging cleaning services while you don't provide such service

Great set up. Luxurious with everything that i needed during my stay. Perfect location, easy to drive to all the areas that i needed to be at and on time as well.👌

Network issues. Poor signal to make and receive calls. Wi-Fi not really functioning. Just get rid of 🪳 🪳 🪳. Otherwise my stay there was perfect. Will definitely recommend the place to friends.

We were so excited about the place, it was clean and comfortable.

My concerned was Cockroaches around the place. Please do something about it
