The property had a lot of small cockroaches.

The facilities!!!, they literally have eeeeverything you would need, pans also😮‍💨 and a coffee maker. I like the location, it’s quiet, I don’t like too much noise, it’s just peaceful. The service! Top tier? They keep telephonically checking if I was still okay and all of that. There is no paper work, they just send everything via text, the instructions and all.

The space was good, it was fully equipped with everything we needed.

There were too many small roaches all over the apartment, including the bathroom and bedroom.

Had most of what we needed for stay and was close enough for local travel.

Needs a bit of fumigation, a mid-week complimentary laundry change would’ve been nice as there was no spare bedding to change the sheets and pillow cases myself. Had to wash and wait for these to keep bedding fresh and clean. The cleaning service is also only done upon leaving which is not clear upon paying the cleaning fee which could be misleading for someone assuming that there’s be at least one service for a week or longer stay. Parking space was a bit tight for someone on the plus size. The key app also didn’t work which meant my partner had to step out each time to open the gate for entry/exit into building.

Great location, nice and quiet. The apartment was clean, quite well equipped and comfortable. I didn't have to contact the host during my stay because I lacked nothing and instructions were clear. Good place to be.

Well we paid a cleaning fee but on arrival cushions smelled so bad we had to ask for the covers to be washed. Even then they were not returned for almost 3days. Water ran out and we were not informed to make necessary plans in advance. We stayed for 8nights with no cleaning services whatsoever.

No sunlight coming through the windows at high level ,and unreachable. No trolleys for luggage Windows are unreachable. No receptionist, strangely security guard apparently turned out to be a receptionist...instead of doing his errands as a security with approx 10mins waiting to be attended. No speed dial phone in the room should we require any assistance. Manager has to be called from home for any issues.
