It was infested with cockroaches and the towels weren’t clean. The checkin staff at mafadi was mean on the phone

The apartment was very modern and classy.

Well firstly getting into the parking, elevators and rooms proved very difficult. Because access can only be granted via an app, the entire weekend we stayed there, the security would need to open for us because the app refused to work most of the time. Secondly, if you don't have a Netflix, Apple, Showmax or Disney subscription, you NOT able to use the TV because the room does not have access. And lastly, if you required the room to be cleaned, there is an extra cost of around R500 because housekeeping is not part of the package.

Not comfortable for a family of 4 No kitchen utensils for a self catering accommodation Not even a broom🙁

The facilities, location, landscape are so excellent.

Reception. There was some issue for reception, it was required for solving it at entrance.
