Luxury Bellagio 304 Two Bed with Inverter

The appliances and design of the apartment was amazing. Quite modern and very clean, the view from the apartment of the ocean was great, closet space was great. Could have used a few more classes and plates and cooking utensils but we appreciated what we received.

The door code key was a bit of a problem on a certain phone then easily accessible on another but of the same brand, and we couldn't all go out separately because of the key so normal keys/tags would be appreciated.

Central location- peak traffic can be a hectic otherwise great area with lots of shops, mall etc. Apartment is exactly per pictures. Queen beds were clean and comfortable (not too hard or too soft). Both rooms are ensuites. Kitchen fully equipped for self catering. Nice relaxing balcony. Aircon is in passage way but vents lead into both rooms and open plan kitchen lounge area. At first the access took some getting used to on the app. Please ask security for a access tag as well. When there is no cellular signal especially on the parking area P1 you can’t get into the building and have to walk around to the security to open. Parking signage is not very cleat these, keep a close eye out for P1 which is literally the first parking up the 1 way road. Its a one way street and can get a bit confusing. The gym very very nice. We enjoyed the gym - treadmills very nice - high tech (fancy). Pool is amazing- we didn’t swim as they were repairing a pool leak. Check if the pool is repaired to avoid disappointment. Clive the guard absolutely amazing. Heads Up - damn the scent of curry from the neighbors will leave ur mouth watering. Best places we had awesome curry was Victory Lounge in Park Square (where the Spar is) and in Gateway Mall Entrance 9 Demat (OMG!) tasty curriers but not spicy as in burn every fibre in you. Food absolutely delicious.

Just the initial access but once we knew what we had to do it was fine. Signages for the parking is poor.

The apartment was as shown in the photos, very clean apartment. Located in the safe area and closer to many amenities such gateway , ocean mall and other well known places in Umhlanga.

There was a sweaty smell in the main bedroom which did not go away even after keeping windows opened

upon our arrival no one could locate the keys & our we waited longer until we could be assisted which was very unpleasant

host must make sure that everything is in place before guests arrives

An amazing and clean place definitely would recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful place
