3rd time visiting the resort We like the quietness, and simplicity

The reset facilities needs an update, The gym is outdated and rusted, the same for the play room. We booked 2 rooms one of them the AC wasn’t perfectly cooling and we called the help desk and they came to fix it but it wasn’t fixed.

Overall it's a nice hotel.

The room I stayed in had very poor soundproofing. I could hear the couple in the next room, including rather private noises during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, when I first checked in, I noticed that the connecting door between our rooms was not even fully locked, which was quite concerning from a privacy and safety standpoint.

Amazing facilities in a peaceful location. Mr Jeet greeted us and gave us a complimentary room upgrade and early check in. He also recommended tours we could do. The service and all staff were great! Really appreciate the halal stickers on the food items.
