Excellent resort except for some minor inconvenience

Shower was located outside whilst too thin water spray alternating in cold & warm water, Kingsize bed appeared to be 2 big beds stuck together.

Love the breakfast, was delicious. Staff v attentive to our needs. Clean ambient. Beautiful beach and full of greenery. The F&B manager was very supportive, solve all our issues immediately.

The room was JUST PERFECT in every way, and the beauty of this magnificent property, and who run it, is: IF THERE IS ANYTHING NOT PERFECT, THEY'LL DO ALL WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE IT PERFECT.!!! That extraordinary piece of paradise, and the people who serve there, from the GENTELMAN WHO LET YOU IN ON THE MAIN GATE, TO THE 20 GARDNERS, TO THE RECEPTION, AND AMAZING WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT, TO THE HOUSEKEEPING, TO THE DRIVERS WHO PICK YOU UP, AND ROP YOU OFF... ALL...ALLL OF THEM MAKE YOU FEEL HOME IN YOUR LITTLE PARADISE WITHOUT EXAGERARTRION.!!!!! Thy show you the real THAI HOSPITALITY, AND WARM REAL GENUINE WARM STAY.!!!!!!

The staff were superb from start to finish. Jeet the Customer Service manager was super helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do and even booked various things for us. The grounds of the resort are beatifully set amongst water, trees and dense greenery everywhere. Our room had a lovely outside decked area with a jacuzzi and was big and spacious. I've been fortunate over the years to stay in some wonderful places and this is up there as one of the best.

Struggled to find anything negative to say and really the only trivial thing I could come up with is improve the quality of the sausages served at breakfast time - but trust me that's no deal breaker to me reccomending this hotel to anyone.
