Sea Sand Sun Resort and Villas - SHA Plus

I love the all the greenery in the Hotel and the service itself you won’t have that kind of peace in a Hotel in Pattaya. If someone looking for some privacy with a bit of everything I would recommended this hotel. I am definitely coming back.

I which I find out about this hotel sooner!

Good staff and a good location. Breakfast was delicious

My room was 103 and the toilet smelled stinky. The restaurant’s pizza was tasteless. I ordered pizza half Hawaii and half pepperoni. Hawaii was like a margarita with 6 pieces of pineapple. Pepperoni was 6 pieces of pepperoni (too much cheese and thickly flour)

The staff in particular are exceptional and made the stay at this hotel all the more memorable. Jeet - was an exceptional customer service focussed staff member. He asked us to communicate via Whats App and sorted our taxis with ease for pick up from wherever we were away from the hotel to save us any language issues and negotiated the rates for us so as not to be scammed by anyone. We were also staying in the off season, and so there was naturally some predicable maintenance going on. As soon as the staff realised that some was taking place near our bedroom, our room was immediately transferred. The benefit of that was that we went from a very acceptable room that we then realised was an older one, and moved into a newly refurbished room. The new rooms are beautiful but, be assured, we had zero issue with the older one.

Absolutely nothing to offer as negative! Some might suggest this hotel is too far away from Pattaya but the taxi fees are sooo cheap - ranging from only 100 - 500 Baht and it kept us away from all the noise and chaos of the congested areas. We travelled north and south to different little villages and went to the restaurants recommended by the hotel reception staff and Jeet which all proved perfect to our requests.
