The place is amazing and the owner was very kinf with us. He mamage everything we need.

really helpful staff (Mohamed and Abdol in particular went out of their way) and beautiful setting with pool agains the backdrop of the Nile and views to East Bank. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. breakfast was chargeable but plentiful and delicious. Abdol gave us fab restaurant recommendations too.

Incredible location, overlooking the Nile and Luxor on the other side. Luxurious, and even better than what the photos tell.

Could not recommend enough, was a amazing experience! I stay in the west side, it’s quiet at night super relaxing! You can also chilling by pool with the Nile view 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 The owner help us to arrange the tour and hot balloons also gave us free shuttle to the port and everything! When we are too tired to go out they helped us to buy food (good price and delicious)! Could not express how grateful we are ! The room itself was sooo big and comfortable! Sometimes I don’t want to leave the house! Also they have kitchen and fridge if you like to cook something. Anyway it 100/10 🥳

Such a great experience with a professional staff, Specially Mr.Abdulrahman the manager and owner, he was very helpful and trustable person. He arranged a car rent for us and helped us during our program and our visits program. I’m happy to see such place, service, and high-level appliances. for sure willing to repeat the visit again and I will be sure to recommend the villa to my friends. Room was spacious and clean, lovely bathroom, rooms facilities are new and first use. Location is excellent and beautiful view for Nile River and private pool.
