"Ideal property for our visit to family in Wrexham. Reasonably priced and good communication throughout booking."

9.0

Excellent welcome folder including QR code videos. Comfortable beds, good shower. Although the property is small, as described, we found we had everything we needed. Good location within walking distance of town and local convenience stores. Also really good Wi-Fi signal.

No complaints - clear description and photos of the property reflect accurately its size and decor so it met and actually exceeded our expectations.

"Disappointed but acknowledge refund (although property severly overpriced at nearly £1k for 5 nights)"

5.0

Very comfortable bed in front bedroom

Wi-fi was not working- quick response from owners - (and lots of messages back and forth ) however no action was taken so this probably clouded our stay - as was there working at a festival in the day - we could not access work - and are self employed- and no tv at night as this was dependent on connection. Our phone signal was too weak to be able to hotspot from it . We decided to leave a day early as a result and to be fair they did provide a refund for this in fairness and a further discount for the inconvenience. I would describe the property as an old 2 up 2 down - v small kitchen n with bathroom behind it - so v steep stairs to navigate at night . Whilst described as ‘curated’ I would describe majority of downstairs furniture as antique ‘junk’ . This house is crying out for some investment to be spent on it - definitely a case of literally papering over cracks ! Ceiling in front bedroom looks precarious- as if lathe and plaster could come down at any time. Noted that others had highlighted issues such as bathroom light not working and shower cubicle off its hinges - these remained - no action taken. Though does not mention garden - there is one - but it’s in a dreadful state - feel so bad for their neighbours.
