Extremely comfortable bed facilities were excellent . Property was very clean. It was a perfect location too .

Attractive and cosy rented AirB&B cottage located 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Cottage is located on a very quiet street. We had the pleasure of a small, well-kept, functional back-garden. We enjoyed breakfasting in the sunshine. The cottage was decorated with lots of thought, warmth and good taste. Nothing was overlooked. For those who have pets, Hunstanton itself is extremely dog-friendly. Lots of dog paraphernalia in the cottage too, right down to the "doggie-treats!" Sunsets on the beach-front were absolutely stunning. We spent a gloriously enjoyable and relaxing few days in the cottage and strolling along the beach-front. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

If I have to be really picky, the stairs are very step but this does not and did not spoil our stay as it’s all part of the character of the property

Location excellent. Neighbours friendly. Had everything we needed in the accomodation. Lots of useful extras such as washing facilities and dog towels. Very comfortable home from home.

Everything. Beautiful house,thoughtful touches throughout property,books,games,jigsaws,umbrellas,toiletries,you name it ,it was there.

Slightly noisy in the garden.

Lovely cottage in the centre of Hunstanton but on a quiet road. Interior decor was very good and the layout worked really well for us as a couple. Appreciated the downstairs loo too in the utility room as the stairs were steep for my arthritic knees! It was nice to have an outdoor area too ( though unfortunately the weather wasn’t that great to be able to use it).

The only criticism would be the size of the settee - a bit tight for two people to watch TV in comfort.

Peaceful and quiet whilst being close to the seafront. Excellent comfort, facilities and cleanliness. Excellent welcoming touches. Being very close to a supermarket whilst being totally unaware of its presence. Good communication with the owners. Easy street parking despite being Easter.

This is nothing to dislike, but would have liked a dishwasher for absolute perfection.

The Cottage was lovely and cosy, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.. The hosts even left a Birthday Card, bottle of wine and flowers for me.. the garden was lovely it had a very cottage feel about it.. Just beautiful..
