Avocet House Hunstanton 250m from the sea

We loved the close proximity to the seafront. Parking on the street was really useful and stress free. The property itself is beautiful, everything you can think of was provided, the attention to detail the hosts show in ensuring you have everything you need not just for yourself but you fury friend was above and beyond anywhere we have stayed before. The rooms are so well presented, capturing the holiday vibe. It was a place we would want to return to again and again.

There was nothing we did not like, the only thing we would change would be a bigger sofa in the living room or maybe add another small sofa. But it would not stop us from returning as it’s all so amazing

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage .Very tastefully decorated , conveniently situated for the shops and the beach too. Everything had been thought about ....even a welcome bottle of wine and fresh milk in the fridge . I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a stay in Hunstanton .

The house is close to the sea but it’s a reasonably short walk to the town centre and attractions. Parking was easy, straight outside so no worries there. Easy to find on satnav, just far enough out to be very quiet and not too far away to be inconvenient. Very close to a Tesco. Great location and beautifully done house.

The Cottage was wonderfully equipped, Claire and Kevin were super hosts, everything was very thoughtful with welcoming touches. Very clean and a great location, we would definately recommend and look forward to our next stay.

It was a short break so it was fine had everything that you needed

Sofa rather on the small side

We had such a lovely weekend, the cosy cottage had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The host were amazingly helpful.

Everything was perfect for us.

Beautiful home from home. It had all the facilities you need for a short break. Plenty of parking spaces on the road. A large Tescos within a few minutes walk.

It was the most well resourced and beautifully decorated house. There were so many thoughtful touches, a welcome on a blackboard, a bottle of wine, flowers, the list goes on. The hosts had thought of everything. I cannot express how perfect this property is!

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage was very welcoming and spotlessly clean. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk from the sea front and a very handy tesco for supplies close by. Although it is close to all the amenities it is so very quiet and peaceful, which made for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend.
