21st floor cozy condo in the center of DT Atlanta

I love everything about my stay would book again

Everything was perfect

I like the view that the condo had as well as the screened in balcony to enjoy after a day out in the town. Everything was nice, clean and ready. Coffee and tea were ready to be used with the provided coffee maker. There was also fresh water in the fridge. There was also a supply of sheets, blankets and towels in one of the closets for those that do not travel solo. Very happy with the stay and will keep this place in mind for future travels.

Only one gripe that I had, but nothing the host could control. The bathroom is on the small side but still enough room to do what you need to. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to ask about parking beforehand or use one of the many parking lots or parking decks.

Location

Room was comfy and the view was amazing!

The controlling the temperature of the shower was difficult. It was put on backwards so you didn't really get a super hot shower but thats no big deal. The doors and security to the room was a little outdated but not the room owners fault. All of the condos were like that. The location isn't all that good since the homeless people like to stay on the corner. Wish the parking was a part of the stay. Gets very expensive!

The apartment was pleasantly decorated

Barely lukewarm water in the shower (left running for quite awhile) made it impossible to shower. The fold out couch sagged on one side and we had to prop it up with pillows. It was noisy from a party in the apartment next door and the apartment is in a sketchy part of town with drugs being dealt outside the building. I didn't feel safe walking out at night. The blinds in the bedroom were broken so we couldn't drop them to keep the light out.
