21st floor cozy condo in the center of DT Atlanta

Neat, clean and well kept. Shower could have been warmer as water didn’t heat very well, but other than that it was great!

The condo was clean, well decorated and the building security was friendly and helpful. The price was great also! The location was great for me because my conference was a block away. There were lots of tourists that stayed in the building and around the area. The host was responsive to all my needs.

It is in downtown Atlanta so there are homeless people and sketchy individuals at times around the area.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the Georgia World Congress Center which saved us money in transportation. The concierge at the front desk was nice and helpful.

15 min walk to State Farm arena and 5-10 to the aquarium and centennial park, nice view from the balcony

Parking is not included and you may have to pay more for parking depending on if there’s events in the area

Location is excellent

Good location, very close to the event I was attending, near MARTA stations and major streets. The check-in process was easy and everything in the apartment worked fine.

The pictures make the place seem nicer than it is. It's OK, and for the price you can't really complain. It's just not actually nice. Nothing about it is nice. Everything is fine. As long as you understand that you get what you pay for and don't pay too much for this place, you won't be disappointed.
