Public area ( hallway/stairway etc )very nicely presented with thoughtful touches & good size bedroom. Bathroom facilities good. Everywhere looked well cared for. Breakfast excellent with good choices both cooked & continental. Very good service from all staff.

The property’s location overlooks the city (in the distance) which means it is uphill. The car parking provided is welcomed as there is virtually no street parking, but the spaces available are not easy to access and are on a very steep slope, apart from 3 opposite the property on a separate site.

No bath in room No bottled water in room No fridge and fresh milk for tea which I would expect from a family hotel
