בעלי אהב את ארוחת הבוקר

החדר היה בעליית הגג כביכול משודרג אבל בפועל היה מיושן ולא נעים לא בסטנדרטים שאני מצפה ממלון עם ציון גבוה . עזבנו למחרת בבוקר וביקשנו פיצוי כי שילמנו על שני לילות אבל מבחינתם זה מלון ראוי והציונים בבוקינג לטענתם גבוהים אז ספגנו את הסכום שלא קשור לתמורה התלבטתי אם לכתוב בכלל ביקורת אבל האמת היא שהם יכלו למכור את הלילה השני מאחר והיו עוד חדרים פנויים אבל הם לא בחרו לפצות אותי על עוגמת הנפש ושוב מבחינתם חדר ישן בעליית הגג זה חדר משודרג … ובקיצור עשיתי טעות שבחרתי במקום הזה

"An exceptional Victorian villa with stunning Royal Crescent views and impeccable service."

An exceptionally restored Victorian Villa with original features throughout and stylish decor. Our room overlooked Bath towards the Royal Crescent, such a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was of a high standard, we had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were wonderful, and the attention to detail for all our needs made us feel very well looked after. The breakfast was exceptional. The free parking was a bonus, and we were close enough to the centre of Bath that we didn't need to move the car throughout our stay. We will be recommending you to our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

"Fijne plek om Bath te verkennen"

We waren maar 1 nachtje daar maar hebben ontzettend genoten. Een mooi pand op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het centrum. We konden ons geen betere plek wensen om Bath te verkennen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en persoonlijk. Ook fijn dat we op de lokatie konden parkeren. Een dikke 10!

"Beautiful property in a great location with very helpful staff."

Beautiful room and building, location and free parking.

We had a front room on the ground floor which was quite noisy with other guests coming and going, and talking on their phones late into the evening. Our middle window didn’t have a curtain due to position of the bath with sun coming in through the blinds early in the morning. Maybe have a blackout blind or provide option of eye masks for guests in the summer months.
