The staff were pleasant and helpful

Although it said that it was close to the town it was up some very steep hills and steep access to the house.

"Comfortable, quiet, homely, friendly and generally excellent!"

Reception were very friendly and were able to meet a couple of special requests that we had. The room was very well appointed and was quiet too. The breakfast was good and it was great to stay at a B&B which had a full compliment of staff (e.g. 4 people working to cook and serve breakfast), as opposed to the current trend to understaff accommodation and rely on the guests to self serve etc

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
