Very helpful host and staff. Lovely communal sitting room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to access Bath on foot but for the less mobile a steep walk back. Wonderful breakfast

Location was great. Free parking. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was exceptional.

We booked a cosy double but the Room was small which made it difficult with two people trying to manouever around each other. A multi extention lead was on one side of the room, which was great but because there was nothing on the other side we had to keep unplugging items to enable each person to charge phones, use hairdryer, etc. The lounge area was lovely to relax in the evening and there was an honesty bar and ice machine (a great touch) but we felt prices were very expensive.

Lovely boutique hotel. About a 15 minute walk into the city of Bath. Staff lovely & helpful. A great choice for breakfast. Rooms small but tastefully decorated. No lift so it’s stairs to the first & second floor for those who have mobility issues.

Lovely small double room with coffee machine . Very good choice for breakfast. Room came with on premises parking which was important for us.

Very friendly welcome, great service and breakfast. Parking so close to the city centre, we left the car and walked into bath.

Excellent check in, overall service and breakfast in particular.

Room was a mild disappointment, being rather small.
