Firstly i entred in place an the cockroachs were all over the place an it really discomfort me, an the amount of 2000r that needs to be paid suppose to returned after 1 or 2 days

The view, appliances, furniture piece and gym area.

The place has a lot of cockroaches and the water pressure on the toilet was very low. It would take 3 hours to get full.

The place was really nice with good modern finishes.

There were cockroaches even after they said they fumigated. It really made the stay unpleasant as they kept popping us.

The kitchen was very nice and the apartment was very clean and overall it was a very good stay.

The shower flooded the whole apartment multiple times due to there being no slope and the wasn’t working properly. The people upstairs smoke a lot of weed and the smell seeps through into the apartment and I’m having problems with getting my deposit back.

The location , its a walkable distance to a lot of places in Umhlanga

The cockroaches!! The place was too tiny for 2 people. It was not as big as expected for a luxury place , the cockroaches made the stay unbearable

The location was perfect close to all nearby attractions.

When we got there there was a lot of cockroach in the kitchen some also appeared in the bedroom.

The view and the location of the apartment was exceptional

The coackroaches running around everywhere was a total disappointment 😞

Location

There were cockroaches 🪳 in the apartment. The extra R2000 that you pay when you’re at the property, you never get it back. They promise to refund. Mine wasn’t refunded and I never got any explanation.
