It was clean, had good facilities, safe and there was hardly any noise which was great for work.

The process of checking in and accessing the building was beyong tedious. I was sent a link to register my details and it wanted me to upload documents that I didnt have on my phone. So I had to ask someone back at home to scan and email them to me. Further, the fact that I had register on a different page when I booked through a travel site that I have already registered on was not pleasent. However, the downloading of the app just so I can open doors was my least favourate part. The app worked 30% of the time at best. Most times I had to try up to 10 times before the door opened.

there's coackroaches and not properly cleaned. the bedding was not clean

The peoperty itself is exceptional tthey provide you with everything you would need in an apartment. I loved the area, the views, the couch and its kitchens was super spectecular.

I was not told that i had to pay R500 separate payment for them to clean my room and the room only cleaned on my arrival. I stayed 4 daysand there was no further cleaning despite having paid an extra R500. and payment was a different hassle.
