Die Lage war gut, das Zimmer, das Frühstück hat gepasst. Das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung und kleinere Dienste war freundlich und fleißig.

Wir hatten keine Internetverbindung. Es wurde uns gesagt es gab eine Umstellung. An der Rezeption hat man uns gesagt, wir sollen eine indische Mobile Karte kaufen. Das war nicht ok, da kostenloses WLAN im Angebot war. Der Fernseher hat nie funktioniert. Bei der Reklamation vermittelte uns das Personal an der Rezeption lästig zu sein. Es gab bei Fragen keine Hilfestellung oder adäquate Auskünfte.

The Services and staff were very good. Especially Mr Kumar. He helped a lot. Food is very good especially for vegetarians there are a lot of options.

Villa was great. Villa pool was fab.

No real bar area. Would be nice if more regular waiter service around villa pool.
