Casa De Goa - Boutique Resort - Calangute

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent service. Nice room with comfortable beds. Good restaurant with plenty of choice, food available 24 hours! Arranged airport pick up/drop off and sightseeing tour all at reasonable prices. 5 mins walk to the beach and nice pool on site.

No major drawbacks. Hotel located in busy street but room quiet. Air-conditioning could do with updating. Otherwise a lovely stay, would recommend.

Staff was good ,location good.food quality was ok

No private parking ,no lift elders can be suffered, swimming pool was to different and not like shown in the pic. Rooms are full of mosquito and ants. Very old property. No toilet paper provided, no curtains in the bathtub. Rates are compare to 5 star property was high or equal. Not value for money... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😩😩😩

All the staff members were so sweet , warm and welcoming , starting from the reception to housekeeping, security person . Everybody were so humble and always had a smiling face which made our day, Property is always kept clean , Room was spacious . Pool was clean. Special mention to the restaurant service . They serve you freshly cooked hot food always with a smile on the face . I regret i forgot the names of persons who helped us during our stay , a big shout out to all the staff working there all were nice. Thank You so much .

Food takes a little more time to come , Of-course good things take time.

Breakfast was verry good with limited items. But staffs are very helpful and cooperative.

Loved the locality, access to all places to wanted to visit, ease of checkin and checkout, cleanliness and how its in the main area yet no noises inside the property. Shoutout to the hospitality and services, always available at the reception and when the common parking was full, had a valet parking. Clean pool to enjoy, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and calm environment. Good breakfast - variety of breads, North Indian and South Indian cuisines!

there is the list of house rules printed and given to me AFTER MAKING MY PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL. You are not allowed to bring in food/liquor at all. When I asked for cutlery and a small plate to eat my left over (which I did not wanted to throw away) they literally told me that they wont give it to me since I did not order food. But as I insisted, they did send out a small dessert plate for me to eat my food. This hotel is a prime example of what you should not book if you are on a Holiday. Book only if you ll be there to just crash at night. I would not want to go to Goa and be told by the hotel to not bring in my booze and food. If I'd known the house rules before hand, I would never stay. - the breakfast was average, not sure why would they have red tandoori chicken in Chicken Cafreal? Probably left overs from last night. - the parking was 5 mins walking distance from the hotel in a common parking, this should have been mentioned too. Or atleast have a Valet to pickup and drop your car, one doesn't want to do that 3x times a day. -the resort might look huge in the photos but it is not as huge as it looks.
