Great location and helpful host. Clean and tidy.

Booking info needs to disclose that you have to negotiate with luggage a narrow, spiral staircase. Shower recess very small and low head room. Top floor but no windows to look out of for view and not able to use AC.

Sehr zentrale Lage, klein und fein und sehr ruhig für die tolle Lage.

Leider nur 3 Kaffee Kapseln für 2 Nächte und zu Zweit!! Kein Mineralwasser.

The property is located in a lovely building, on the sixth floor (with lift!). It is a five minute walk away from Siena's central piazza, truly awesome location. The apartment was very clean, as were all towels and linen. The kitchen has all the cooking tools you'd want if prepping meals at home. The mattress was really great quality, no "new bed" back pain! Very much appreciated. Check in and check out procedures were super easy, hosts were kind, helpful and responded to queries promptly. Really great experience.

Winding staircase within the flat not the best for people with reduced mobility. Ceiling low around the bed. No complaints, just a heads up - the flat is very well furnished to maximize the space, and feels cosy and welcoming.

Mai avuto a che fare con tanta maleducazione, non avendo visualizzo il messaggio con le indicazioni per entrare, chiamo l’unico numero che trovo a fatica su Internet e dopo 50 minuti in centro città al caldo e 10 chiamate alla fine mi risponde una cafona che ci tiene a mandarmi lo screeenshot dei messaggi inviati con le indicazioni e lamentandosi che il numero che ho chiamato era delle EMERGENZE ( 50 min e 10 telefonate per rispondere) e le indicazioni per entrare le avevo. Il numero è quello fornito da Booking non è comunque un numero delle emergenze. Evidentemente avessi letto evitavo di telefonare ma questa cosa lei proprio nn riesce a capirla. Appartamento pulito ma che profuma di fabbrica di aromi della “saikebon”. Non vi è una mezza tenda oscurante quindi lo consiglio a chi si vuole svegliare alle 5. La vista è ottima per ammirare le reti anti piccioni O fa

Värden svarade snabbt och bokade taxi åt oss. Väldigt centralt, bra AC och tvättmaskin.Mysig lägenhet överlag!

Lågt i tak (bilderna visande inte riktigt hur lågt det var, min man slog i huvudet många gånger), det var dålig kommunikation kring tvättmaskinen som vi hade förväntat oss att använda - vid ankomst verkade denna trasig men det handlade mer om att värden inte visste hur den fungerade. Vi löste det själva men hade förväntat oss mer hjälp! Strykjärn var dåligt (bränt) och trots kommunikation kring detta så byttes det inte ut.
