The Tea House - A Stones Throw from Beach

Well kept and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good quality furnishings. Easy beach access.

Private garden area is small and paved.

Lovely bungalow. Great size. Two bathrooms were very handy for 4 of us. Great shower pressure, both showers worked very well. Very spacious place. Beds were comfy if a little creaky. Parking was great. Very easy to access the key in the lockbox. Would recommend this place. Taxis very cheap. Worth getting . Saved walking up the hill. Great access to Stone beach ⛱️

A little far from the town if you have any mobility issues. Apart from that no problems

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet location but still so close to the best beach and a nice walk into the middle of town. Enough games, kitchen equipment and kid/baby equipment for everyone, would definitely book again.

Well equipped, clean and fresh. 2 shower rooms one with separate bath if you needed a soak. Plenty of useful information in the folder and on line. Ideal quiet location, off road parking. Access to lovely beach down path and steps opposite the bungalow. Only 10 mins quick walk into centre. Interesting history to the property.

Nothing we didn't like but felt that it would feel cosier( in the winter months especially) if there was a big rug in the sitting room to break up the wood effect floor throughout. Understand not so practical in the summer when sandy feet are in and out!! Bedroom doors could do with a hook on the inside for dressing gowns etc

Comfortable. The bungalow had everything we needed. The location was brilliant- 4 min walk onto beach and 15 mins into Broadstairs. Great communication from the management company.

The property was in an excellent location. Good sized rooms. All on one level. Parking at the property. Good level of cleanliness. 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery. Towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, and some speciality teas provided, which was appreciated.

The property smelled musty and damp on arrival. It is an old property with many single glazed windows, and as we visited at the end of October we expected a lot of condensation. The kitchen main lighting was not funcioning, and inspite of reporting it and being promised a repair man, he never arrived.

This was our second visit to the Tea House and it was just as good as last time. We make it a point never to return to previous properties and we are so pleased we made this an exception
