"Exceptional"

Lovely cottage. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there. Good location. Very close to the sea and town centre.

The hot water from the 2nd shower was only slightly warm.

The property was nicely designed and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was also good as it was close to a lovely beach. It was great to have more than one bathroom and it suited us for everything to be all on one level.

"Excellent family accommodation"

The property was ideal for a family break. The Tea House was spacious and well equipped. The location was excellent with a footpath to the beach directly opposite. The facilities at Broadstairs itself were a short walk away

Nothing and we would gladly stay at the Tea House the next time we visit Broadstairs. Unfortunately availability seems very limited.
